Hitchcock Woods has always attracted people to visit Aiken and to live in the area. As the community continues to grow, the number of people using the Woods increases and the challenges of preserving the Woods become greater.
Hitchcock Woods Foundation privately owns the Woods and makes this resource available for the entire community. The Foundation is solely responsible for the stewardship of the Woods and does not receive operating support from municipal, county, state, or federal sources.
The Foundation protects and preserves the Woods for the benefit of today’s families and future generations. We welcome your help in meeting this goal and request the privilege of your participation as a Business Partner. Your partnership will be recognized through the benefit package of your choice.

Partners will receive a generous benefit package in appreciation for their support. A range of tax-deductible contribution levels makes this program readily accessible, with benefits increasing with each level. Partnership provides your business or organization with valuable visibility to the entire community all year long. Your partnership is current for a 12-month period from the month you join. You may change your level from year to year.
Aiken Horse Show - One of Aiken’s Grand Traditions
Established by Mrs. Thomas Hitchcock in 1916, the Aiken Horse Show remains one of the foremost equestrian competitions in Aiken. This prestigious and popular competition is the Hitchcock Woods Foundation’s signature annual event. The Aiken Horse Show has retained its rustic charm, but in recent decades it has become one of the most elegant affairs in Aiken’s lively sporting calendar.
