Sandhills Stroll Series: Guided Fitness Hike

Join us for a guided fitness guide in the Woods featuring personal trainer Lori Comshaw! As we walk, Lori will share insights on the many physical health benefits of spending time outdoors for overall wellness. The hike will follow an approximately 2-mile loop with some hilly terrain and we will keep a steady, active pace with plenty of breaks to enjoy the scenery along the way. Participants should plan accordingly and bring comfortable shoes and water. This walk is suitable for a range of fitness levels and offers a fun, supportive way to get moving while connecting with nature. This is a family-friendly event. Well-behaved, socialized dogs are welcome but must remain leashed at all times. Registration is limited to the first 40 participants. We will meet at the South Boundary entrance (444 South Boundary Ave SW).
